How are revised Quotes linked together?

Hello,

When we revise a Quote, a new copy of this Quote is created in the system.

We know that this Quotes is related by number.

But is there a connection or link between copy and original Quotes in the system? Something like lookup to original Quote (Connection one-to-many).

    Hi Anna,

    By checking the database, it is found that the quotes have no OOB relationship with itself:

    Maybe you can create one custom 1:N relationship for quote and itself, then use flow to update the lookup automatically.

    After revising one quote, new quote with same quote ID will be created and status of the original quote will be changed to closed.

    So you can use new record created as trigger, then retrieve quotes with the quote id, and update new created quote.
