MS CRM 365 portal registration and redirection

Hi,

I am new to CRM 365 portals. I want to add two fields to the registration form and on submit I want to create a custom entity record and redirect to that entity web form

Please guide step by step.

Hi Goutam,

Thanks for the reply. So after customizing the registration page to which page it will be redirected? Also, can I create my custom entity record on click of this submit button? Coz I think a contact record gets created in this case by default.
