Dear Nav2009 Users!
I have a problem with testing of Zetadocs Express release. When I would
like to send an email (click on the button Save and Send) then Zetadocs
break when sending the mail with follow error message box:
Failed to send report. If the problem is permanent please contact your
adminiatrator.
We have installed Office 2010 Standard, Nav 2009R2 on Win2008. How can I
connect with Outlook and your tool?

I check it and I see I had a 64 bit Office 2010 intalled. I Uninstall it, but I can not remove/Unistall the
Microsoft Access database engine 2010 (english) - 64bit
that I can install the x86 Version of this Office 2010.
checked search in the internet and found other peoples with the same problem. After some seconds on unnstall the program entry comes back in the Programm/Uninstaller list.
How can I remove the Microsoft Access database engine 2010 (english) - 64bit? Or is there a way to install the 32Bit Office too. The Office Installer stops asap with a error that told me that I need to uninstall this access database.
Solution? Is there a way to install the office-parts that Zetadocs needed manuell?
Hello,
When using Zetadocs Express with NAV 2009 R2 you need to be using a 32-bit version of MS Outlook, can you confirm you are using 32-bit version?
