Hello,
We are currently looking to implement Field Service to one of our customers who´s primary operations is to book and install security alarms. One of their requirements is that thrid-party installers should be able to carry out installations.
Third-party installers are not users in Dynamics365 Field service and do not have access to the platform. Does anyone know if field service portal requires a license of any kind for external parties to use?
I assume you're really talking about the Partner PowerApps Portal and not the Field Service Self-Scheduling/Technician Locator portal (which is really for customers). The Partner Portal does not require a D365 license, BUT it does have a cost associated to it . I would check the current licensing guide for the most recent portal pricing models. www.microsoft.com/.../Licensing-Guides
Ok, thanks for the detailed reply!
