My question is two-fold.

First, this may be mute issue if it is being addressed in Project Operations. It would be great if PO gave us a "Disallow Approval by Submitter" toggle. Is there something in PO that addresses the issue of self-approvals?

Second, assuming there is not a solution coming in PO, we want to prevent the Project Manager from approving their own Time and Expenses on all Projects. We want to send the T/E to the PM's Manager if the Bookable Resource = Project Manager on submit. Essentially no T/E should be approved by the person submitting it.

Most of the resources I've found refer to how to approve but not how to "skip" the PM if they are the ones submitting.
