Error: Employee's compensation region as of 1/1/2021 06:00:00 am (UTC) did not match the eligibility rule - Benefits management

Dear Experts,

After Run benefit enrollment eligibility process, i received the error as below:

Employee's compensation region as of 1/1/2021 06:00:00 am (UTC) did not match the eligibility rule

Result status: Ineligible

I changed the Valid from date and time on Eligibility rules, but still not work

    Hello Thu Ngo, 

    Thank you for the question - benefit eligibility troubleshooting typically revolves all around dates as you have already started to look at. But the error message looks to be having an issue with the employee's compensation region as of the date when the eligibility was run, although there could be numerous related dates to look at as well. As you are needing assistance quickly, it may be best to open a support case to troubleshoot further.
