Connecting with on-prem CRM 4.0

Hi all,

I am trying to achieve the following scenario. Please help me with the possible solutions.

My scenario: We are using SharePoint 2010 list form as input. when the user enters data it saves into sharepoint list, the nintex workflow triggers and create a record in CRM. We are migrating to sharepoint online, so how do we need to connect from sharepoint online to on-prem Dynamics CRM 4.0.

you need to make the on-premise CRM 4.0 to be accessible from the internet, make sure that the nintex worflow you are using will still be compatible with CRM 4.0 also if executed from sharepoint online

Dynamics CRM 4.0 is not supported.
We suggest you to use the latest version.
