Free Text Invoice View (Copy and Original) Report Looks Different from Printed/Sent Report

Hi, 

We have 2 legal entities that send free text invoices and we have one report used for each legal entity.

We updated the form set up for the free text invoice and set up the print management to directly email the invoice PDF once it is posted.  We have no issues with that the sending of the invoices. However, when we try to VIEW the free text invoice, whether proforma or posted already (both original/copy option) , the report looks different from the document sent (printed).

We are also using Docentric to better customize the emails being sent. 

Here's the invoice from the sent one (based on print management form set up)

Here's the invoice when generating it through View or Preview:

We have run out of ideas why this is acting this way. Appreciate you help very much.

    Hi Abigail,

    Can you please confirm the version in which you found this deviation? Unless it's not a due to customization, there should not be any deviation when printed and view original / copy.

    Was it working fine before in the previous version for you? If so, please log a case with Microsoft Support.

    This is our current version:

    Unfortunately, I cannot say definitely that it was existing prior as we only were able to notice it recently. But yes, we were expecting the results to be the same for the printed and viewed ones. 

    We will be raising a case with MS for this.
