Hi,
We have 2 legal entities that send free text invoices and we have one report used for each legal entity.
We updated the form set up for the free text invoice and set up the print management to directly email the invoice PDF once it is posted. We have no issues with that the sending of the invoices. However, when we try to VIEW the free text invoice, whether proforma or posted already (both original/copy option) , the report looks different from the document sent (printed).
We are also using Docentric to better customize the emails being sent.
