Hi,

Is there a way to Share a note created by admin, at a time across multiple available Business units(Eg: BU1, BU2, BU3) or Teams( Team1, Team2, Team 3) on CRM.

I couldn't find any share or Assign option for the note.

    Hi Krish,

You can add note entity to the sitemap of the app.

Go Settings > app to open the app designer page.

Then in the siteMap, click Notes to view notes list, and open one record you need.

Then you can click Share button in the bar.

    Hi Krish,

you can try to test with steps above, and you need check notes entity privileged for current user.

Go Settings > Security > User to click the user that you need, and click 'Manage role' button to check which security role the user are asigned.

Go Settings > Security > security role to open the security role the user using.

Making sure share and assign privileges is organization level for note entity.
