i have an issue with a user. They submitted a Sales order into a workflow. The sales has an Approval status of submitted yet it has an error on the workflow history :
Stopped (unrecoverable): Cannot edit a record in Purchase order lines (PurchLine).
The record has never been selected.
Tried to reset the workflow status to draft via common>>enquiries>workflow history but the reset button does not appear when i filter the instance ID of the sales order workflow and the Recall and resume buttons are greyed out still.
My Question is how do i reset the sales order to draft status

Try to edit the sales order, it should set the status to draft.
