Hello,
My colleague has an issue with saving personalized grid view, actually it does not save and she has to do personalization every time she logs in the system (using R2). She is adding just 2 more columns to the All Customers grid view which are gone by itself later on.
Is this a known issue, a bug or something she is doing wrong? (other colleagues are not experiencing this at all!)
