GP 2010 - Currency ID is greyed out in Returns Transaction Entry

A PO was received incorrectly and need to do a Returns Transaction Entry. The Currency Id is greyed out for all Types. We are not using MultiCurrency this is not checked in the Registration.
I think the Functional Currency is selected.
Not sure what else to do.
