Users unable to login SL webapps

We are in process of migrating Dynamics SL 2015 to dynamics SL 2018.We have two different servers where SL client and SL webapps are hosted in Private zone server and database is in DB zone server.

While deploying webapps and services didn't face any issues with all checks verified completed configuring them.

But user unable to login into webapps even the employee exists in user assignment,

Servers:Windows server 2019

SQL:SQL 2019

SSRS-2019

Dynamics SL 2018 cu5

We have enabled TLS 1.2 and disabled TLS 1.0,TLS 1.1

Error details:

LoginWindows SQLDBException SM~~16302~~Dynamics SL Message 16302: Fatal SQL Error~~~~ (Consumer: fe80::b807:3af0:736f:d249%4)

    Since you have SL DB and WA on different servers (recommended), did you allow MSDTC? See page 59 on the attached appendix

    I would also rerun the SQL scripts on both APP and SYS db.

    Thank for the reply.

    Yes i have done all the mentioned changes related to MSDTC before deploying of webservices and webapps and re-ran the scripts still facing same issue.I am suspecting some issue with webservice but unable to figure out the cause.
