Force Quick Create

Hello,
 
I have a sub grid on my form pointing to a record with many to one relationship with the parent record. The sub record is set to allow Quick Create. This works fine for me and many users. When I click the + button, it opens the Quick Create form in a side frame. Other users are getting a different experience though. It takes them to the full form in a new window. What determines which form is used? How can I set it up, so all users get the Quick Create form?

    Hello User,
     
    Please check form level security, and if it is enabled for specific roles which are assigned to respective users.
     
     
    Also check if they are using any different model driven app or same app which you are using. Because quick form needs to be added on the app.

    @Amit Katariya007 - There are two forms. The Main form and the Quick Create form. The main form is set to allow everyone access. When I tried to set the security on the quick create form, I got an error saying you can't enable security roles for quick create forms. I did notice that there is a Form Order button, so I clicked that and selected "Quick Create Form Set". Maybe this will make this form the default. I'll have to test that out and report back.
     
    Also, everyone is using the same app. It's the Adobe Acrobat Sign app.
