Good day.

can anybody help me with understanding what the method "clearNotSelectedDimensions" in the class "InventSumDateEngine" i see in the "selectInventOnHand" method that it is inserting the ItemId and InventDimId amongst other fields into "inventSumDateTrans" but after the method "clearNotSelectedDimensions" runs the InventDimId's are all different.

Please help me understand this?

This code actually rolls up the invent dimension to a level you have selected in the report.

Say you have selected to view only at site level. InventDimNew reference will try to roll up all the transactions in each site to a inventDim record which contains only information about this site.
