    Hi Renu,

Can you check if it works when the system administrator role is assigned to all persons involved in the workflow? If it is working with the system administrator role, you must review the security roles for the users to check if there are some permissions missing.
Do you have the same configuration in another environment where it is working?

    Hi,

This error occurs because the system cannot find a match for the specified value in the ethnic origins table.

To resolve this issue, you can try the following approaches:

    1. Check and ensure that the 'ethnic origin' field is correctly filled out before submitting the purchase order. Make sure that the value entered exists in the system's ethnic origins table.
    2. Ensure that the ethnic origins table '/ethnic origins/' contains all the possible values you want to use. If any values are missing, you can make the necessary configurations and settings in the system.
    3. Check any custom settings, validation rules, or scripts related to the 'ethnic origin' field and ensure they are not causing any issues.
    Best regards,
    Kevin
