How can a supervisor register a course for one of his team members?

Hello everyone.

How is it possible for a supervisor to register a course for one of his team members using the self-service module? When I go to "My team information >> employee >> details >> courses" it doesn't show the courses that are open for registration, it just shows an empty list where the supervisor can add courses that doesn't seem to appear anywhere else.

Hi Samer,

The system currently doesn't support this. You can submit an idea about it. experience.dynamics.com/.../

The course can only be applied for registration in ESS by the employees themselves. Alternatively, people with relevant privileges can register employees on the Courses page.

In addition, the form you enter is used to register for the completed course.

Hi Samar,

This actually looks like a bug(?), since the screens, duties, and privileges are all setup.

Make sure the following paramter is set:

Then as a manager, navigate to the screen for registerd courses of the employee:

From there the menu item to register for courses are available:

As you can see the menu items are available..

I have tried adjusting security, but could not find the correct display menu item or action menu item.
