Purchase orders received are deleted accidentally.

Some purchase orders in my company are deleted accidentally. However, transactions are still recorded in ledger entries. How can I recover the backup data of these POs?

    Are those orders are partially received or fully received ?

    Is there setup activated to archive the purchase order . If yes then you can restore the same from archived purchase order

    The link you showed me is for NAV 2016. I am using 2013 R2 version. I can not file the Archiving FastTab there.

    Activate "Archive Quotes and Orders" field in general tab of Purchase & Receivables setup.

    If this is active then you can restore your deleted order.

    if you activate it now then you can restore for future deleted orders only not for past.
