Hello,

In Dynamics CRM (Sales) we have a single choice option for Yes/No to be get on a list for mailing.

If the option is set to Yes, I would like to add the mailadres of the contact person to the mailing list in mailchimp.

How can I achieve this within PowerAutomate with mailchimp connection?

I have the same question (0)

Thank you for your time to answer my question.

The mailchimp connector is available, I have seen it. The problem begins when I want to get records from Dynamics CRM (Sales). It doesn't have a connector in power automate for getting those records and give it to mailchimp.

There is a connector dynamics crm but it is been deprecated. So no triggers/actions available. Maybe I am thinking wrong, but I can't see or find anything.

    Hello,

You should use Dataverse connector for triggers/data extraction.

Hi Andrew, is the MailChimp connector free to use within Power Automate if you have a MailChimp account or do you need to pay extra to use the Connector?

Last question. Sorry I am new into this.

With your help I am now able to get the desired option from the CRM database. But how can I add the filter exactly? When the option is set to yes i want to add the user to the mailing list. Is that with the condition value?

In order to perform filtering you will have to build queries against dataverse and the most convenient way to do so is to use Dataverse Rest Builder - github.com/.../DRB
