Internet Explorer Closes Abruptly Error

I am facing an issue the Unified service desk that is when i try to open contact form the form load fails again and again with error internet explorer closes abruptly , need help for error below

USD version is 4.1

IE version is 11.8

CRM version is 8.2 on-prem

There is an article with some of the issues in regards to USD. docs.microsoft.com/.../release-notes

You can also review the Event Viewer on the system where the crash occurred. This may provide some insight into the unexpected shutdown.

If the problem is persistent and interfering with daily business activities I would suggest creating a Support Case with Microsoft. The engineers would be able to provide more in depth analysis of what could be causing the crash.

Hi Sher,

The problem is occuring in different computers ?

Try to use other supported browser, if the problem is occuring in differents computer my sugestion is to open a support ticket.
