Cluster profile could not be found please check your configuration

Hi,

When trying to use the menu item "Receive and sort cluster" I get an error of "Cluster profile could not be found please check your configuration".

I do have a cluster profile setup. 

Any idea what is causing this?

    Check for the below link from the microsoft.
     
     
    Where they had mentioned. 

    You can't use a mobile device menu item for cluster picking unless cluster profiles are set up. Depending on your environment, you might also have to review other related configurations.

    Take developer help to debug and identify if the cluster set up is already configured.
