I work for a retail company and we create several hundred sales orders every few months. I found "Create direct delivery orders" under Procurement and sourcing and tested this feature in our test environment. When I went to create POs in the production environment, I could not get the task to create POs.
Does anyone have any tips or advice on how to modify the query to create direct delivery POs from SOs I created on a given day?? I checked my batch jobs and there were no errors or alerts. The job ran for less than 3 mins each time. photos below

Have you verified if there are order lines available to be considered? When you open the All sales orders form, you open the advanced query form and set the same criteria. Do you then see records or is it then also empty?
