45I work for a retail company and we create several hundred sales orders every few months. I found "Create direct delivery orders" under Procurement and sourcing and tested this feature in our test environment. When I went to create POs in the production environment, I could not get the task to create POs.
Does anyone have any tips or advice on how to modify the query to create direct delivery POs from SOs I created on a given day?? I checked my batch jobs and there were no errors or alerts. The job ran for less than 3 mins each time. photos below
