,Hi Team,

below is my scenario, I have two sales price list and 1 cost price list on the Project Operation Environment.

Whenever we are creating the Opportunity then only Cost Price list is showing on the Product Price List I am not sure that should be OOB behavior. Same applies to when we are creating the Quote on the Product Price List and Project Price List only cost price list is available.

Now that cost price list if available because that record was created by my user and other user are unable to see that as well.

Also, if I provide the system admin to user behavior remain  the same. Also I am unable to find the security permision where I can provide the read access of pirce lisr record.

Previous there are table name on the security configuration named as Price List and now that is not available.
I have the same question (0)

    Hi Amit,

It should be Sales Price only. I think it's the lookup rendering issue.
Can you try to paste the whole name and see if the desired Price List is shown?

I faced this in other lookups where I was not seeing the searched record but instead, the Recent Records kept showing up. Try turning it off.

    Hi there!

Here are a few things to check: First, make sure both sales price lists are active and properly linked to the Opportunity and Quote entities. Second, even with admin rights, double-check the specific security roles assigned to users. They should have access to both the Opportunity and Quote entities, as well as the price lists. Third, ensure the price lists are shared with the relevant users, as ownership can sometimes restrict access. Lastly, look for any filters or custom views that might be hiding price lists from certain users.

If you've covered these areas and still have issues, consider reaching out to Microsoft Support or checking the community for additional help. Hope this helps! Let me know if you need anything else.
