Hi there, we've been having an issue with bulk importing notes as it seems to have removed the mapping to "Regarding" field. Does anyone know a way around it, please? Thank you so much!

    Hello User,

Can you try to perform same operation using old UI. Please refer below steps which will help you to navigate old UI.

    1. Go to https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/
    2. Select your environment and then Select "Settings"
    3. Under the Data Management Select "Data Import Wizard"

Because I have tried to create notes and it is working..

    Thank you,

    Thanks Amit.

I tried that however, in the new Power Platform Environment Settings, I'm only limited to these options to map which does not include the Account or Contact ID. Is there a way to get those account or contact ID visible in the drop-down list?

    Hello User,

When you are downloading the Import Template from the CRM it will have limited number of fields.

Just add "annotationid" in the Excel that you will use for the Import. And u will have to add a unique field name of the corresponding Table.

In my case I want to populate Account on the Notes then I will use Account id..so I will mention the Account Id of the account.

So when you are importing the file you will see the annotationid as unmapped..just select it with the respective primary key. In my scenario I will select Account and then Account ID field
