Hello
We are implementing customer service workspace. The channel provider is able to call session template of type Generic to create sessions in customer service workspace app.
- Is it possible to call session template of type "Entity Type" using CIF 2.0
- How to pass parameters while calling session templates from a channel provider
There is not much documentation available on this. Any help is highly appreciated
