Help! Ony the default view is showing in a CRM app - for just one entity (accounts)

Last week I did something that has set up our app so that only the default view shows for the Accounts entity.  The Contacts entity still shows all the system/public views.

I can't find any setting that controls this.  Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Before you ask, all the views are set as active and public.  They are visible as choices when I try to set up an Advanced Find that uses views as a starting point.

All the views have been customized to use the fields we need most.  BUT they were available to users before I did whatever I did wrong.  The views for Contacts are also customized, and they continue to be available.

I've looked at all the settings I can find, with no luck.

Any ideas?

    Hi Jessica,

have you been in the back end of Dynamics 365, e.g. in the maker portal  (or classic editor) and edited the model driven app? If you have selected just one view in the table settings for account, than only this view is visible in the app, but all views are visible in the advanced find.

If it is a non production environment  - maybe you have enabled the 2022 Release 1 early access? There is a new setting in the Power Platform Admin Center, that allows to activate hiding system views in the front end. But this would only affect your user.

Hope this helps to remember where you have de-/selected the system views.

    Best regards,
    Joergen

Thank you very much, Joergen.  I was hoping you had the answer for me.

Unfortunately, what I see in the Settings page doesn't include many of the items in your screen shot.  Nothing about the grid, or about the Advanced Find Options.  Our app is still in Sandbox, if that makes a difference.  I have system administration and system customization permissions.

The other screen shots don't resemble what I see either.  It's possible that we need some system or server things reset, which is a level I don't reach.

    Many thanks in any case.

    Hi Jessica,

the first screenshot is made in make.powerapps.com using the preview app editor. Maybe you are using regular app editor, then it will look like this:

That was it.  Thank you.  It's clear I have a lot to learn about Dynamics.
