1. General journal entries WF----Approve ledger transactions
2. Accounts payable invoice journal WF----Approve vendor invoices
3. AP payment journal WF----Approve vendor payment transactions
4. AR free text invoice WF----Approve customer invoices
5. AR payment journal WF----Approve customer payment transactions
