Dear Communities,

I've user A and User B with same BU and have user level read privilege and under one manager.

Here user A shared records to some teams but user B is not in part of that teams even though user B can see user A's records.

couldn't able to figure it out how user B can see A's records.

    Does the owner of A's records remain A? Or does the other team become owner of that record?

    I am assuming the read level privilege is on BU level.

    Hi Dan,

    It is not possible for User B to see User A's records unless, it is in the team to which user A has shared that record.

    Or it might be possible that User B might be having higher privilege that is Business Unit.

    Please check Team and User are having User-Access level in security role.
