trying to customize "report writer" Unapplied Doc report in Sales to have totals by customer and totals.

I am getting zeros for totals by customer and the at the bottom of the report.

The report is RM Unapplied Documents Report.  Out of the box is has no totals.  Neither sub nor grand.

i gave setup the options to have a footer of Cust setup like this....

i have added the amount fields to the footer as Sum

    HI,

    If you are looking to just get a customer total on the RM Unapplied Document Report, you can add in the Current Transaction Amount or the Original Transaction Amount field from the RM Open File into F1 and then set it to Sum.  

    In my example below, you will see that I have a customer total for the Current TRX Amount field.

    I don't have stuck records.  I am trying to add totals to an out of the box report.   The totals are presenting as Zero.

    Resolution
    Step 1: Have all users exit Microsoft Dynamics GP or Microsoft Business Solutions - Great Plains

    Step 2: Delete the records

    To have us clear the stuck records for you, follow these steps:

    You must have all users exit out of Microsoft Dynamics GP before running the SQL Scripts. To clear stuck records yourself, run the following statements in a Microsoft SQL Query tool:
    DELETE DYNAMICS..ACTIVITY
    DELETE DYNAMICS..SY00800
    DELETE DYNAMICS..SY00801
    DELETE TEMPDB..DEX_LOCK
    DELETE TEMPDB..DEX_SESSION
    NextEmployeePortal
