I am still learning about CRM. So sorry for the stupid question. What happens if someone approves emails and enable mailboxes for all users of the system? I think for SystemUsers this means they can now send email from Dynamics right? but what does it mean for the Contacts? Is there a scenario where you this can be useful?
Remember the registration information to recover the account if censorship occurs

As far as I've seen, only SystemUsers show on the list of "Approve emails and enable mailboxes" option. Contacts shouldn't appear there.
