I want to change Workflow infrastructure configuration but it grayed as below
what can i do?

I can't edit these field either even if i delete the specific batch job and cancel the pending workflow, but i can specify the batch group on the batch job Workflow line item notifications, Workflow due date processing and Workflow message processing.
Moved to finance forum.
This is the std behavior I think so and you can change/setup batch group on individual batch jobs tasks, if this is what you are planning to change.
Have you tried filling the first field and selecting an admin account to act as the workflow execution account?
This should at least be possible.

Yes i tried but still grayed
The application will check for existing workflow related batch jobs. If it can be found, the fields will be disabled per batch job. In a demo environment, this is not working as expected as there is data in a public sector partition which is also found by this check.
It should work correctly in customer environments with just a single partition. (Partitions had been deprecated, but not fully removed as of today).
