Hello,
I have installed Dynamics marketing in my tenant and have got a pre-authenticated domain assigned (*.dyn365mktg.com). Now, how do I find the email account which is associated to this pre-authenticated domain? When I create a new Marketing Email, the from address has "@*.dyn365mktg.com". It is not displaying the entire email address.
Update: Ultimately we can name it anything. xyz@*.dyn365mktg.com or marketing@*.dyn365mktg.com. But I received all those emails in my SPAM. At this point, I am assuming that I am receiving it in SPAM as it is my sandbox.
Thanks,
Aish
Hi,
It can be set in the Email client or web side based on the recipient's mailbox provider.
For example, you can set it in the Junk Email Options in outlook.
Here is a documentation about the reputation of the sender email.
Maximize email deliverability (Dynamics 365 Marketing) | Microsoft Docs
You can refer to it to know about how to reduce the risk of your marketing emails being blocked.
If this helped you, I'd appreciate it if you'd mark this as a Verified Answer, which may in turn help others as well.
Best Regards,
Nya
