I run though the Compensation process in D365HR and not quite understand.
I is said the Compensation process is for calculating new base compensation amounts for your employees based on equity adjustments, merit increase targets, and performance. So the Action type on the setup page for Compensation process need to be: Merit, General,.. except for Hire/Rehire.
So to run this , i have to go to the Fixed compensation plans on Employee list page to change the Compensation plan action type Hire/Rehire into let say General.
But my concern is that, if i just hire 1 employee, and i want to run the compensation for this person as monthly salary, how can i do this?
