No Emails were sent when starting the customer journey

When I started the customer journey no emails were sent, neither to contacts already in the marketing list / segement, nor to contacts that registered after the journey has started nor to contact added manually. I checked and the app says, that the journey has started. Could someone tell me, why this is occuring? Thank you in advance.

    Did you insert physical address and unsubscribe link on your marketing email that is used in your customer journey?

    For my customer journey I used a marketing list as the start segment and also added three contacts manually. On my marketing list there are 8 people.

    What is the starting point for your Customer Journey - is it a segment? If the Customer Journey is running but nobody is in it, there might be a problem with the way the segment is set up.  Can you check your segment definition, and see whether the segment has any members in it?  How are you using marketing list vs segment?

    Hello,

    the customer journey has started since yesterday, my timezone, so now it has been live and started for more than 24 hours, nevertheless no emails have been sent and also now contacts from the chosen marketing list have been added to the journey.

    Hello,

    A good way to check the progress in your Customer Journey are the Journey Insights. You can see how your journey processing pipeline is progressing tile by tile.

    Please check also the starting time for your journey and check the timezone.
