Issues with Inventory Management Module in Microsoft Dynamics 365

I'm currently experiencing some challenges with the Inventory Management module in Microsoft Dynamics 365 which is a new ERP that my company adopted and was hoping to get some insights from the community.

  1. Stock Level Discrepancies: We've noticed inconsistencies between our physical stock counts and the stock levels reported in Dynamics 365. What are some common causes of this issue, and how can we troubleshoot it?

  2. Slow Performance: The system seems to be running slower than usual when processing inventory transactions, especially during peak times. Are there any optimization tips or best practices to improve the performance of the Inventory Management module?

  3. Integration Issues: We're having trouble integrating Dynamics 365 with our existing WMS (Warehouse Management System). Has anyone successfully implemented such an integration, and what were the key steps or considerations to ensure a smooth process?

  4. Custom Reports: We need to create custom inventory reports, but the out-of-the-box options don’t fully meet our needs. Can someone recommend the best approach or tools for generating more tailored inventory reports in Dynamics 365?
