Anyone encounter jump page while printing General Journal.
This is to print via menu General Journal / Journal, then select one of the journal, go to menu Print -> Journal. For standard AX 2012 R2, there will be 3 parameters to choose : Specifications / Totals / Accrual schemes. So I select Totals, then print, if destination is screen, it obvious it has no page, but if you print again to printer, it will the print out jump. Printed nicely at page 1 (full page), then page 2 and so on will only print 1 line 1 page, or sometimes at some other printer, it will print 2 -3 lines, then jump and print to new page, leaves many empty spaces.
This is also happened if we save to Pdf, either directly change destination to Pdf or print to screen first then save to Pdf.
Does anyone know why? If go to printer I already set the proper page size and orientation but still do no good.
