Hello,

I am trying to create a flow inside power portal, this will flow will create a customer in case an email has been reached. In the customer i am having a lookup called country & status.

Both country & status are lookups, I want to know how can I put them to a default value like, "United States" & "Active". I tried adding "Get Record" action but it's asking for the guid of these records.

Thanks.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Mazex,

The lookup field display the name of the record, but they actually store the ID in the field. So you will need to hardcode the Id of work order type.

For example, a lookup filed (Account) on the Custom entity form, I want to set default value ‘Test account’ on it.

1.The simplest way is to get GUID from URL and fill it into field in flow.

2.You can also add action ‘List Record’ and set filter query to get ID.

    3.Test.

You will see lookup fied (Account) with default value ‘test account’ on the new record of custom entity.
