Field Service Forms for Mobile

One of the challenges our company has experienced since switching to the Dynamics 365 Field Service platform is the inability to create simple checklist forms from the mobile application. Prior to using Dynamics 365 we relied heavily on an application called "GoFormz" for service work checklists, start-up sheets, etc. Is there a way in Dynamics 365 or with an integrating application to generate/complete forms that have checklists, drop down lists, alphanumeric fields, etc that can integrate with our Dynamics 365 database?

    Marc -

Would you consider this a questionnaire / inspection type checklist?  If so, you can easily set this up as either 1) a custom entity with form rules to show/hide the next question based on the previous question/task OR you can use the Voice of the Customer tables and do the same sort of function.  Where you setup your questions in VOC as a type of "survey" and render in Mobile.

Let me know if that helps.

Thank you for your response. I tried figuring out how to upload a sample of the forms we use but wasn't able to find a way to do it so I will do my best with a typed example.

    Sample:

Does the unit have an economizer:                     Yes or No

What is the current outdoor temperature:           ______ degrees

What is the current amp rating from the motor:  ______ amps

Has the identification sticker been added:           Yes or No

If yes, what is the unique identifier assigned:       _________

It sounds as though this is part implementation issue part process.  Can you do this - yes. Before we go down that path - can you provide some context as to the checklist etc you’re looking for.  I’d like to understand your ultimate requirement before going forward.
