So what are you thoughts? Do you think that Finance & Operations is a module?

It is not. Finance & Operation is the next version of AX 2012, therefore it's the whole product. It's like asking what is the difference between AX 2012 and the finance module in AX 2009. These are clearly two completely different things. The finance module is just one of the components of Dynamics AX / Finance and Operations.

    Hi,

AX2012 differentiates between an RTM, R2 and R3 versions.

The terms "Finance" and "Finance and Operations" are used for D365 only.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
