Hello people,
we have an average of 400 customers who receive the survey in the month, and the question is: within the period when the survey is active, is it possible to resend the survey only to contacts that have not responded or do we need to insert all contacts every time when firing? We currently import contacts in CSV.
We need traceability of responses, so the survey cannot be anonymous in order to share QR code, link and the like.
