My best guess is that you are using not a template that should have been exported first and then filled and imported, but you just use some similar template.

The first thing that i'm doing is :configuration worksheet->i choose  customer then i export to template -> i fill the excel file -> i selected customer and i click on import from template.

yes i fill all required fields . the first thing that i tried is adding a single line in  excel file and the second method i tried to extract all the data that exists in customer and i added a line in the final of the excel file but these 2 methodes don't worked and the same error appears.

    Hi,

To me its not clear, do you want to import using configuration worksheet or you want to use Excel Buffer to import data?

i tested on payment terms which the id table is 3 and the import of data is done .

so maybe the problem in customer is that the data that i added should be also exist in the relation table first .

RE: Excel does not contain XML mapping

    Yes that is true.

IN Configuration package, when you select a table say 18.

In Tables action, From Function Menu you can select the option to load get related tables.

All related tables to customer will be added automatically to the list.

Also all the related tables to the customer should import their related tables this is the solution because when you click to get the related tables dynamics get just the tables that the customer is related to them directly and these tables also have an other table which they conneted to it .

    Now the import works correctly.
