Creating Team Member

Hello,

I created a project in PSA and added Team Member for the project.But after team member have added ,from and to fields became read only.Therefore I cant choose the team member to assign the project tasks because of that the read only fields.I have to change from and to fields but read only.How can solve this?Please help me?
