Been getting some annoying unsolicited marketing emails in the Inboxes - it takes up time to clean up CRM and get rid of this junk. Wanted to know if there's a way to block those emails?

I understand that you have some mailboxes connected to Dynamics 365, and sometimes you get spam. Perhaps the best way would be to add those spam/Unsolicited emails on a firewall rule or on Exchange that prevents these emails from arriving into your email (and therefore, being tracked on Dynamics). It seems like your personal email setting is set to all email. Please change it to any one of the below except the first option in the list.
This will stop tracking all the emails in your inbox into dynamics CRM
