Copilot Conversation not working on UAT but in DEVTST

So, I have configured Copilot for Service in DEVTST in CS Hub and is working properly. I did the same on UAT but the conversation tab is not working. Even my Admin Dev cannot interact with the chat. Funny enough, my SalesHub in UAT is working properly. The configuration is the same in DEVTST and UAT. I have tried everything as far as I could tell. Any ideas what else can I do?

    What does it say when you click in the error box portion that says "Details for tech support"? That could help identify what the problem might be.

    The following are the places I can think of where you need to make sure Copilot is enabled. Try comparing your Dev to UAT to see if there are variations.
     
    Power Platform Admin Center
    https://admin.powerplatform.com > Environment > Settings > Features
     
     
    Model Driven App Settings
    https://make.powerapps.com > Model Driven Apps > Edit > Settings > Upcoming > Copilot Control
    (this also has an environment variable component to it to check)
     
     
    Module Settings (example: Customer Service)
    Open Environment > Copilot Service Admin Center > Insights > Copilot help pane
    This also requires Knowledge Sources to be turned on, which maybe could be an ancillary issue if not enabled in UAT?
