Hi guys,
We are printing the invoices in Japanese language, but we cannot send by email, because all files have 30mb or more. We need to print using the "Arial Unicode MS" font and font embedded. Do you know how to reduce the file size? The same file in English (or Portuguese, German, Italian, French) language have 1.5mb.

Have you installed Arial Unicode MS as a True Type font on your machine? The idea is to avoid embedding the font into the PDF file, thats what causes it to bloat.
You could try installing a Print management system to print the Invoices using a PDF or PS printer.

Yes, I have installed the font in my machine. When I send the report by email (directly by Dynamics) without font embedded, only shows dots and squares. If I print the invoice by File option (without font embedded) in Dynamics and move the file to my computer, it works. It is very strange.
Have you tried installing the specific language pack on the local machine and AOS server?
