We're currently experiencing difficulties in the implementation of the Compliance workspace to a specialist HR function structure, that involves different sub sets of the department requiring different securities and permissions settings when it comes to Cases.
Essentially, some members of the department should not see certain case processes, as this information is seen as sensitive. We have 20+ Case processes set up, and the idea was to set securities and permissions per process. E.g. an Employee Relations specialist would be the only group of individuals that could see a Disciplinary case.
Is this possible to do? The security set up we have got to right now only locks down the Compliance workspace, and we cannot seem to set securities and permissions any lower than this.

In the current Dynamics 365 HR solution, there is no option to set security on various case records.
You can set security on different menu items. If you only provide access to 'My cases', there is a filter on the user, so this person can see only cases assigned to her/him.
