Delete Customer Insights from dev environment as this hinders deployment to the productive system

We've installed Customer Insights - Journey/ Data in our development environment to make some tests and check, how we can use it.

Since the installation we're not able to deploy our core solution (from the same environment where customer insights is installed) to the prod environment because of following error:

Invalid Platform Name (msdynmkt_matchingstrategy)

Customer Insights is currently not installed in the production environment, this is obviously the cause of the error.

Is there a way to de-install CI from dev environment without removing ~80 different solutions (see Uninstall Customer Insights - Dynamics 365 Customer Insights | Microsoft Learn). It's a mess, and takes hours or days. Especially because some of these solutions can't be deleted due to dependencies...

Any ideas? Especially for above mentioned error?

And is it a good idea to bypass the issue installing CI also in Production (we're licensed, and we want to start, but the current situation hinders us to deploy additional things).
