Email Templates stuck on Live-Unsaved status

Hi,
 
we have some email templates unable to be set to Live -Saved.
 
They seem to be stuck on Live -Unsaved regardless of action taken.
 
When this occurs we can not use them in any automation or segments.
 
 
Would anyone know why this occurs? It started happening after a recent CRM update.
We are on version 1.98.2013.0 for Outbound Marketing.
