Hi Ahmed,
It's fuessing for me as I have not encountered this error before. As the error says 'Financial dimension set: 0' I think there can be something wrong with the dimension and/or accounting structures setup. The zero in these kind of errors mostly refer to a record ID. A record ID is always filled when a record is found. Zero can mean that there is a record or reference missing.
Looking at your subledger journal number, this appears to be an exception?
Dear Andre,
Thanks for your valuable suggestion. Can you please help me in more detail from where I can resolve this issue.
Regards,
Ahmed
Check the Posted entries in the following table level.
GeneralJournalEntry
GeneralJournalAccountEntry
SubledgerJournalEntry
SubledgerJournalAccountEntry
If you think the account structures are setup correctly, you can check if you have at minimum one Dimension set related to the 'Main account'.
Otherwise I think you have to use the debugger to find out what is missing. A developer can do this for you.
The table that generates the error is created when a new GeneralJournalEntry record will be inserted. This to keep track which balances needs to be updated.
Dear Lally,
Thanks for you suggestion, actually I have gone through these tables but couldn't found the duplicate entry according to the RecID.
Best Regards
