Hi there, our project for dynamics 365 has use the default first response sent SLA in case. We have a power automate flow that will update the first response sent flag in the case entity to make the first response SLA succeeded once agent reply to customer email. However, we have also implemented an auto acknowledgment email which will be sent out automatically once the case created. This will also trigger the power automate flow to update the case first response by. Currently, we are using unbound action in power automate flow to send out acknowledgment email because we need to use existing email template configured. In this scenario, how would my power automate flow identify if the email sent is acknowledgment email? Thanks.
